EasyMarshal in use

Announcing the forthcoming launch of EasyMarshal, the new electronic entry management system.

It's a dual-purpose device that's designed for the entry desk, and also for the competitors' holding area.

EasyMarshal is scheduled to be launched in Q1 2026.

All numbers — The Entry Desk view. Green background numbers have been collected, black numbers have not been collected, white numbers are unassigned.

One entry details — When dancers collect their numbers, they can check that the name is correct and verify or change the competitions entered.

One competition details — The Holding Area view. Dancers can be added or removed as necessary, before taking to the floor.

Search utility — The user can search for a name if dancers don't know their number.
